she is quite the little lady.

she has learned to squeal. loudly.

she loves mashed potatoes.

and her mommy.

she takes baths with her brother.

and her face is always drooly.

her feet twirl with happiness all day long.

her brother calls her lilabelle.

she loves her dog maddie.

and her pacifier.

she has no interest in crawling.

but talking is another story.

her cackle of a laugh is amazing.

she is perfectly lila.

and we are all so in love with her.

I finally made silhouettes of the babies.

I hope to return to this project each year.

they turned out so sweet. 

but then again these are my babies.

catch a profile picture with your camera.

and cut it out.

paint the picture with black craft paint.

cut out card stock. and glue them on.

tom surprised us and took the day off.

we packed the kids up and went to our fave beach.

I had to rub sunscreen all in miss lila's rolls.

...and then she stuffed her creases with sand and shells.

trent chased waves. chased birds. and chased other kids.

we wrapped up the night with a hot date.
